Refund Policy
Replacement/ Refund Policy by Ecoveda Naturals UK Ltd (www.ecoveda.co.uk):
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- the item may be damaged during transit
- or there might be a manufacturing defect
- or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
After placing an order, you can cancel the order Only by the Same Day. We do not accept the cancellation after shipping the products. Refund Processing time will be 0-7 days.
Unused Product
Container must be in its original, sealed and unused condition
Must provide proof of purchase (order number from our website) for a full refund or exchange
Refund excludes any paid shipping charges, restocking fees and/or any handling charges
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Return shipping and handling charges may apply to un-deliverable or refused packages.
Used Product
Open container and partial used product
Once a product has been opened, Ecoveda Naturals UK Ltd is unable to accept the return or refund this product
Ecoveda Naturals UK Ltd stands behind our products and we will consider product replacement
Transaction charges applicable for prepaid orders.(if the order is cancelled by the customer)
Courier charges applicable for returning the product. (if the order is cancelled/returned by the customer).
Product seal should not be opened

To get a refund or replacement, email us at sales@ecoveda.co.uk with your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of the customer will be final.
If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.
I purchased your product from another retailer or retailer and they won’t accept a return or exchange. Will Ecoveda Naturals UK Ltd (www.ecoveda.co.uk) accept the return or exchange?
Ecoveda Naturals UK Ltd (www.ecoveda.co.uk) stands behind our products 100%. If you purchased our products from one of our partners or from retailers, you must work directly with them for return or product exchange.
